    There has been nothing but trouble with the fast chargers and my son has brought 3 to replace them and a new wall plug at the suggestion of one of the staff members who said the issue isn't with the cord it's with the plug.

    When my son purchased his s8 plus from Ash, approximately 4 months ago, he couldn't rate him any higher. However as one of the other customers suggested they are only interested in you when your buying a phone... forget about any follow up customer service.

    My son called in after work one day last week and was fobbed off by Ash who said they didn't have any in store to replace it. So my son asked would he call him when they came in and Ash said they would. He never got a call so he went in himself to see if their stock was in. It was.

    Seem nice. But lie to your face when setting up a new plan. Specially when u go to a different Telstra shop. And they go. What the hell were they doing with your account

    This is when he had the pleasure of meeting "the manager" who refused to swap the cable because it had, according to him, been damaged. We explained to him that IF it had been damaged it was only because he was trying to get it to work while he was waiting for the new cords to come in as he needed his phone for work.

    I've had a number of issues whilst dealing with this store, which have caused me to spend many hours on the phone with telstra trying to fix. From misinformation, to being told services has been cancelled for me only to be charged for the service continuing later...and the list goes on. The staff have been a mix of: personable, rude, and unknowedgable. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately, this one in warranted. I have better things to do than spend hours on the phone trying to fix numerous mistakes of others. I hope one day I'll be able to change my review to a more positive one.

    After being screwed around by Telstra bridge mall, live check and on the phone for a week I popped into Wendouree. James assisted me with getting my new phone and onto the plan I was paying for.

    Awful service, if it's not a sale not willing to help. Just give you a number and send you out the door. Staff member (Jacob) needs to learn manners, very rude and dismissive. Said one thing on the phone but different story in store.

    As someone who's employed numerous staff, I can honestly say the 'manager' Jacob (if that's his name) needs some serious lessons in customer service.
